The wine has aged for eleven months in both used and new barrels. Despite this barrel aging, the wine reveals a ripe, serious white wine with firm fruitiness; everything is full and refined. The balance on the palate is very good, with the barrel aging fitting perfectly with the whole, complemented by an exciting acidity.
