Grapes: Verdelho (20%), Arinto (70%), Antão Vaz (10%)

The grapes were harvested very early in the morning, ensuring natural acidity and freshness. After destemming and pressing, static decantation followed. Part of the Arinto batch fermented in oval-bottomed cement vats and the rest in 500-liter French oak barrels; Antão Vaz and Viognier fermented in stainless steel on fine lees.

Store & serve 

Serve at 10-12°C. Can be drunk for 8 years after harvest. The wine was bottled without cold stabilisation treatment and a natural deposit may therefore form as it ages
