Grapes : 33% Arinto, 33% Alvarinho, 34% Antão Vaz

The grapes were picked by hand and the whole bunch pressed in a pneumatic press with nitrogen and argon to protect the juice during the pressing process. The fermentation took place for 4 weeks at 11-12 ° C. The wine matured for 9 months in 500 liters of previously used French oak barrels. 

 

Grapes come from a vineyard (in terraces, similar to the Douro) at an altitude of 424 meters.
