Made with our best selection of Arinto grapes, this wine fermented during 25 days in stainless steel vats, with temperature at 12ºC. This wine remained in contact with the lees for 12 months, undergoing “battonage” process: 6 months in oak barriques (american and french) and 6 months in stainless steel vats
