Grapes: 70% Antão Vaz, 20% Verdelho, 10% Viognier

Manual harvest, with a careful selection of bunches. Fermentation took place in new French oak barrels, followed by 6 months ageing on fine lees in order to obtain a fresh wine with a good unctuousness and structure

Antão Vaz, Verdelho e Viognier. Tostados de baunilha, frutos amarelos, compotas e casca de laranja cristalizada. Cheio e sereno, numa elegância onde acidez e secura se ligam à textura cremosa, final sério, saboroso mas austero. Um branco de fim de festa, para brilhar depois dos tintos, com queijos e pão de ló.
