Grapes: 60% Touriga Nacional , 25% Touriga Franca, 10% Tinta Roriz & 5% Tinta Francisca
All grapes from a 38 year old vineyard located in Quinta da Manoella with southwest exposure were previously selected and de-stemmed were foot trodden for 12 hours in stone lagares after which fermented in stainless steel tanks for 8 days. The ageing was developed in used French oak barrels during 16 months.
