Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro & Tinto Cão
The grapes were harvested by hand in the third week of September, carefully selected and transported in small boxes of 18 kg, followed by a second selection on arrival at the winery. The grapes are completely destemmed and fermented in open barrels at controlled room temperature. Has got subsequently 18 months barrel aging
