Grapes: A blend of about 21 grapes from vineyards over 80 years old
Alcoholic fermentation of 12 days with temperature control followed by maceration in closed stainless steel vessels for 7 days. 60% of the mixture aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of the 1st and 2nd year. The remaining 40% aged for 15 months in the third year usedbarrels. Enologists are João Menezes & Francisco Montenegro
