This delicious red wine from Quinta do Pôpa is ruby red in color. Has aromas of wild berries, coffee supplemented with some floral notes. Grapes: 40% Touriga Franca, 20% Tinta Roriz, 40% Touriga Nacional
Pre-fermentation cold maceration (10 to 12 °C) for 3 days with yeast indigenous, under controlled temperature. Subsequently, fermentation for about 3 weeks, at controlled temperature below 25 °C and homogenization by treading. After the fermentation finished, the mill from the old vines was decanted into French oak barrels before starting the malolactic fermentation.

Deep hue with ruby glints. Peppery spices and ripe red fruit notes intermingle with floral aromas. Very refined on the palate, with light and supple tannins, juicy fruit and a tangy, fresh finish. Lacking a little muscle but very pleasant.
