Grapes: Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz
The grapes were received with total destemming and crushing. Regular and controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Light pellicular maceration with automatic reassembly system. Complete malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged for 9 months in French oak wood.
