The wine is remarkably fresh in the mouth, fruity, balanced and closely interwoven with spicy balsamic hints, tobacco, cedar, leather and berries. The tannins are ultra-fine and silky smooth. The wine comes from an excellent vintage. 2016 is a class year in the Douro, characterized by a mild acidity but an enchanting, precise freshness. Vinification partly in open granite fermentation tanks and partly in stainless steel. Has matured for 12 months on wooden barrels

Fassprobe, die saftige Frische, rassige Säure und einen knackigen Stil zeigt. Trotzdem Kraft mit dichtmaschiger Frucht, viel Erdiges, etwas Kakao und rote Waldfrüchte, sehr langanhaltend und noch sehr jung. Hat viel Potenzial.
