Grapes: 15% Touriga Nacional, 20% Touriga Franca, 5% Syrah, 60% Alicante Bouschet

The healthy grapes were selected from older vines and in the best state of ripening. These grapes were harvested and manually selected with the greatest accuracy. The fermentation took place in stainless steel barrels of small sizes with temperature control to preserve all aromatic elegance. After fermentation, it ripens for 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
