Grapes: Alicante Bouschet (50%), Petit Verdot (50%)
Grapes from lot 21 of Alicante Bouschet and lot 101 of Petit Verdot. These proved to be the best plots, and each plot required different attention during the growing season to obtain the highest quality grapes. After destemming, the grapes are hand-selected and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in truncated conical vats at 28°C, followed by a 3-day maceration at 10°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in 3000-liter French oak barrels. The final blend was made from only the best barrels and then aged in bottle at a controlled temperature of 15°C.

Store & serve
Serve at 16-18°C. Can be drunk for 12 years after harvest. As this wine was bottled without ultra-cooling, in order to maintain its high quality, a slight deposit may form during bottle maturation.

This blend of Alicante Bouschet and Petit Verdot from two selected parcels is packed with rich truffle and dark chocolate aromas. Full, dense with bkack plum fruits, the wine is concentrated and will be at its best from 2025.
