The wine was fermented in stainless steel for 5 weeks and left to mature and undergo malolactic fermentation in stainless steel until bottling. It was bottled unfiltered. The Nat'Cool label can be used freely by other winemakers provided they adhere to the rules: natural vinification, no aging in wooden barrels, light extraction and low alcohol. All wines with the label are offered in bottles of 1 liter and at a pleasant price
