Nat Cool is naturally cool and funky. It represents an innovative concept, initiated by Niepoort, in which several producers came together to create light, easy-to-drink wines. This wine features a light and bright color, with aromas of chalky minerality, fresh herbs, and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it offers vibrant raspberry flavors, supported by a delicate structure and nice acidity completed with a mineral undertone reflecting the calcareous soils and pronounced Atlantic climate.

Grapes: Baga 100%
The wine was fermented in stainless steel for 5 weeks and left to mature and undergo malolactic fermentation in stainless steel until bottling. It was bottled unfiltered. The Nat'Cool label can be used freely by other winemakers provided they adhere to the rules: natural vinification, no aging in wooden barrels, light extraction and low alcohol. All wines with the label are offered in bottles of 1 liter and at a pleasant price
