A soft mix of flowers, red fruit and with some minerality. Has a juicy acidity and a firm mineral texture. The fruit shines at the end. Made to drink young. A red wine that desires to be used gastronomically
Food pairing
Fine with smoked duck breast, pork roulade from the oven and mature cheeses. Also great for drinking!
