Onlinefact can be easily connected with EasyWebshop.
Create a Onlinefact account
Connect Onlinefact
In Onlinefact, go to Settings > Configuration > API and Create a new API key. Choose a name you want: this does not affect functionality.
On EasyWebshop, you can find the Onlinefact connection at Settings > More options > Connections.

Onlinefact can be easily connected with EasyWebshop.

In Onlinefact, go to Settings > Configuration > API and Create a new API key. Choose a name you want: this does not affect functionality.

On EasyWebshop, you can find the Onlinefact connection at Settings > More options > Connections.
Install this connection and copy your Onlinefact API Key and API Secret.

That's it! The orders in your webshop will not automatically be forwarded to Onlinefact.

Optional

You can enter an email address for testing purposes. Leave this field empty if you don't want to receive a debug email for every order.

You can also set the document type: 1 = offer, 2 = client order (default), 3 = invoice, 4 = creditnote, 5 = deliverynote, 8 = ticket

Synchronizing stock from Onlinefact to EasyWebshop

There is a separate connection available for synchronizing product inventory from Onlinefact to your webshop.
The procedure for connecting is the same as above: copy your Onlinefact API Key and API Secret.

Connect Onlinefact Stocksync

The connection checks every five minutes for updated products in Onlinefact. If there are updated products, it will synchronize the stock in your webshop. The product reference in Onlinefact should be the same as the product code in EasyWebshop for the product to be identified.

If the Onlinefact stock is zero, the product status will change to Sold Out. Otherwise, the product status will change to Available. Keep this in mind when using personalized product statuses.

Also keep in mind: since the connection checks for updates, there's a small chance that a product marked as sold out on Onlinefact could still be purchased on the webshop if it happens within a five-minute window.

Importing products from Onlinefact to the webshop

Onlinefact import tool

Use the button above to start the Onlinefact import tool.

You can create the API Key and API Secret for Onlinefact within the Onlinefact platform, under Settings > Configuration > API.

You can create the API Token for EasyWebshop under Settings > More options > EasyWebshop API. Activate the module (see documentation for the activation code), add an API token, and set the permissions so that products can be added and modified.

Once the API details are entered, you can test if the connections to the API are working and begin importing products.

Forwarding webshop invoices to Onlinefact

This feature is possible bot not recommended. Use the connection above instead to forward webshop orders directly to Onlinefact.

Both platforms support the PDF standard that allows invoices to be exchanged.

Create an account with Onlinefact

Navigate to https://www.onlinefact.be/en/create-an-account and create an account
After logging in, click on the item Documents and then Incoming
Copy the e-mail address at Insert files

Connecting with EasyWebshop

In EasyWebshop's management interface, navigate to Settings > More Options > Invoices & Tax
Scroll down to E-mail Invoice
Enter the copied email address (paste), check PDF and Save

Optional

At Automatic actions, you can check Assign Invoice Number & Email Invoice to automatically send the invoices.
