Grapes: Arinto, Chardonnay
Total destemming followed by crushing and pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control systems between 10°C - 12°C. The wine aged for 6 months in contact with the fine fermentation lees. 25% of the wine was aged in 2nd year French and American oak barrels.
