This white wine expresses the character and elegance of the country where it has been born, and it takes us on a journey back in time to discover the aromas and flavors of the foothills of Serra da Estrela, just as in former times. Tones of roasted corn and yellow fruits such as peach, pear & citrus, flowers and herbs, fennel and ginger also emerge, all with a backdrop of granite minerality. On the palate it is juicy, reductive, with intensity and volume, depth and some salt followed by a long and lingering finish.
