This LBV is an uncomplicated port wine with a beautiful dark color, youthful aroma of fresh red fruit, blackberries, plums and light cocoa, mouth filling and rounded, powerful and balanced in taste with a full, soft texture and a lingering aftertaste with mild tannin. LBV port is an 'almost' vintage quality that ripens a bit longer on casks and is therefore nicely flavored immediately after bottling.

Store & Serve

Store horizontally, at a constant temperature away from intense direct light.

Can now be drunk but kept unopened until at least 20 years after harvest . Remains drinkable up to a month after opening, provided you always close the bottle with the original cork stopper and store it at a constant temperature of about 12 degrees. Drinking between 16º C - 18º C.

A single parcel of the Crasto vineyard is the source of this Vintage Port. It is beautifully perfumed with aromas of fresh, young blackberry fruits, black pepper and touches of wood. The wine is balanced, its licorice and cushioned tannins giving a dry style. It will age well; drink from 2029. Suitable for vegans.
