Manual grapes selections at the entrance to the cellar. Fermented in mechanic tanks for 2 days, with temperature control. Intense pumping over and maceration for a further 2 days and fortification by 19% with iced grape spirit (77% vol.)
Store & Serve
Store in a dark, cool place (12º to 14ºC). The bottles must lie with the label facing up. Drinking is possible until 2040.
