The Guido Silver is an elegant classic mirror with a substantial wooden frame and refined ornamentation. Inspired by antique mirror frames, the design combines calm, broad surfaces with carefully detailed decorative elements. In this silver finish, Guido has a light, luxurious and timeless appearance.

The solid wooden frame is handmade in Italy and entirely hand-finished with silver leaf. The silver has a very subtle champagne glow, giving it a slightly warmer and softer appearance than bright cool silver without becoming gold in tone.

The subtle champagne glow gives Guido a refined appearance that responds beautifully to both daylight and atmospheric lighting. Depending on the light, the colour shifts gently from bright silver to a slightly warmer silver-champagne tone.

A distinctive feature of Guido is the elegant ornamentation on all four corners. A smaller decorative ornament is also positioned in the centre of each side. This symmetrical arrangement gives the frame its balanced and refined classical appearance.

The combination of classical design and warm silver finish allows Guido to work beautifully in both traditional and modern interiors. It pairs particularly well with greige, taupe, black, white, natural stone, dark wood and sophisticated hotel-chic interiors.

Guido can be used both horizontally and vertically. Place it as a generous wall mirror in a hallway or living room, as an elegant overmantel mirror above a fireplace, above a sideboard or console, or choose a larger size as a floor-standing or full-length mirror.

High-quality 4 mm AGC ECO mirror glass with a 20 mm bevel, an FSC® MDF backing and safety film on mirrors larger than 0.5 m² ensure a high-quality and durable finish. Guido can also be fully made to measure, allowing custom dimensions to be produced.

Silver leaf
The solid wooden frame is hand-finished with silver leaf. This traditional finish gives the surface a lively character with subtle variations in sheen and tone that cannot be compared with an ordinary silver-coloured paint finish.

Very subtle champagne glow
An extremely delicate warm glow lies over the silver. Guido therefore remains distinctly silver, while gaining a softer and more elegant appearance than bright cool silver. The champagne tone is deliberately kept very subtle.

Elegant corner ornaments
All four corners are decorated with classical ornaments. The silver finish beautifully reveals the varying heights and relief when light moves across the surface.

Subtle centre ornaments
A smaller ornament is positioned in the centre of each side. These refined details gently break up the broad frame sections and create a harmonious symmetry around the mirror glass.

Guido Silver is handmade in Italy and can be produced entirely to measure. This means you are not limited to standard sizes and the mirror can be tailored to suit a wall, fireplace, hallway, living room, bedroom or dressing room.
