William Mirror – small English baroque mirror in antique silver

The William is a richly decorated small baroque mirror with an exceptionally deep ornamental frame. Classical foliage, relief work and elegant scroll details surround the mirror, giving this compact model the presence of a much larger decorative mirror.

The wooden frame originates from England and is hand-finished with silver leaf and rottenstone. Rottenstone is used to subtly age and deepen the silver finish, creating beautiful contrast within the ornamentation and giving the frame its distinctive antique silver character.

With a frame width of 12.5 cm and a depth of 6.5 cm, William has a wonderfully substantial appearance despite its compact dimensions. Perfect for an elegant cloakroom, bathroom, hallway, bedroom or above a smaller piece of furniture.
