This exceptional Italian Baroque mirror is an exclusive One of a Kind piece with a richly ornamented wooden frame. The mirror has been completely hand-finished in Italy with warm gold leaf, while selected ornamental details have been individually coloured black by hand. This creates the characteristic contrast between warm gold and deep black accents.
The frame features pronounced classical ornamentation with deep relief. The gold finish is intentionally not completely uniform: subtle variations in tone, sheen and patina are part of the handcrafted finish. The black details are coloured individually by hand, giving each frame its own character and ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike.
