The Carlota Silver is an exceptional oval Baroque mirror with a distinctive Italian and Mediterranean character. Its richly decorated openwork wooden frame features elegant scrolls and ornaments surrounding the oval mirror glass.

Carlota is distinguished by its four shell motifs, positioned at the top, bottom and both sides of the frame. These classical ornaments give the mirror its characteristic Mediterranean appearance.

A delicate beaded edge runs around the mirror glass, creating an elegant transition between the reflective surface and the richly decorated outer frame.

The wooden mirror frame is traditionally crafted in Italy and completely finished by hand. This version is decorated with silver leaf with a very subtle champagne glow. The finish remains distinctly silver, while the exceptionally light warm nuance adds depth to the relief and ornaments.

The frame is finished by hand with silver leaf. The silver follows the many scrolls, shells and intricate details, beautifully highlighting the rich relief of the design.

Silver with a very subtle champagne glow
An exceptionally light warm champagne nuance is applied over the silver. The frame remains clearly silver in appearance, while the subtle warmth adds depth to the ornaments.

The four richly detailed shells are signature elements of the Carlota design and, together with the elegant scrollwork, create its Mediterranean character.

Rich openwork frame
The ornaments form an openwork pattern around the mirror glass, giving the decorative frame an elegant, airy appearance and beautiful depth against the wall.

A fine decorative beaded edge surrounds the oval mirror glass, elegantly accentuating the reflective surface.

With overall dimensions of 60 × 81 cm, Carlota is wonderfully versatile. It is decorative enough to become a focal point while remaining compact enough for a guest toilet, bathroom, hallway or bedroom.

In a bathroom or guest toilet, its elegant oval shape offers a refined alternative to a traditional rectangular mirror. Carlota is equally beautiful above a dressing table, console or small cabinet.

Carlota remains part of our regular collection. Once this showroom model has been sold, the mirror can still be ordered. A new Carlota will be specially made to order and hand-finished in our workshop in Italy.
